As a nod to National Hamburger Month, Omni La Costa Resort & Spa has created an exclusive slider and beer pairing menu entitled “Buns & Brews” highlighting regional flavors found around the country.

For the entire month of May, guests and locals can enjoy these menu selections including:

  • All American Slider (double beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles)
  • New England Lobster Slider (fresh lobster, celery, mayonnaise)
  • Texas Slider (smoked brisket, barbeque sauce, smoked cheddar, pickles, crispy fried onions)
  • Nashville Hot Chicken Slider (hot chicken, creamy cabbage slaw, dill pickles)
  • D.C. Crab Cake Slider (house made crab cake, bibb lettuce, tomato, horseradish tartar sauce)
