Ambrogio15, a Milan-style eatery in North Pacific Beach, prides itself on introducing refined pizza and style to San Diego’s dining scene through small batch wines, cheeses and charcuterie imported from Italy. Diners can also appreciate a modern design created by one of Italy’s leading architects.
In addition to daily dinner hours, Ambrogio15 now offers its full menu of items like paper-thin pizzas, seared tuna plates and house-made desserts (plus, the only biodynamic wine available in San Diego) during a brand new lunch service each Saturday and Sunday beginning at noon.
Guests can now enjoy happy hour specials on drinks and food, available daily 4:30-6 p.m. and Thurs-Sun 8 p.m. to close. Happy hour specials range from $4 to $9 and include local craft beer, Italian wines, mixed Italian olives, Sicilian salad, Parmigiana di Melanzane (ricotta-filled eggplant), margherita pizza, cheese and charcuterie boards, panzerotti stuffed with mozzarella and tomato – and more.
Ambrogio15 has debuted items including “Patate e Speck” pizza (topped with Mozzarella Fiordilatte, thin-sliced roasted potatoes, extra virgin Italian truffle oil, 24-month aged parmigiano-reggiano and speck DOP from Alto Adige), “Pesto e Mortadella” pizza (homemade basil and pistacchio pesto topped with mortadella DOP and cherry tomatoes) and Seared Tuna Salad in a sesame crust with a honey-mustard dressing and served with heirloom tomatoes and a balsamic reduction.
