Boasting a specialty menu honed for the occasion, Backyard is ready to serve up some foodie-centric dishes for hungry San Diegans with a hankering for cold brews. Whet your appetite with their first course, consisting of Chilled Oysters, served with blood orange pearls, chili oil and bulls blood, and paired with a Blood Orange IPA. Move onto the next course, a serving of Roasted Bone Marrow, accompanied by pickled fennel and orange salad, roasted peaches and toast points, and paired with Ocean Grown DBL IPA. Follow this with their third course, a Seared Duck Breast served with forbidden rice, watercress and passion fruit habanero sauce, paired with Mangoveza IPA. Treat your senses to their final course of indulgent Honey Crème Brulee, prepared with fresh honeycomb, wild berry sauce, dark chocolate soil and wild flowers, and paired with Blonde Cartel for a light and dreamy ending to a thoughtfully crafted beer dinner.
